The Workforce Development Advisory Group (WDAG) exists to bring together diverse voices to strengthen Kansas’s early childhood workforce by advancing and improving the professional development system. This is a collaborative space where each member’s perspective and engagement are critical to building statewide systems. By participating, you help ensure that decisions reflect the realities and expertise of those working directly with children, families, and programs across the state.

Full participation: I want to receive the WDAG calendar invite and attend regular meetings, and I will be on the communications list. I may or may not join workgroups.
Workgroup participation: I prefer to only join workgroup(s). I will be on the WDAG communications list but will not receive the calendar invite for full group meetings.
Communications only: I do not plan to join meetings or workgroups, but I would like to be on the WDAG communications list.
